This book focuses on ward rounds in clinical neurology: long and short cases. This book began as a result of many important reasons observed in the examination and teaching pattern of neurology in India. This book comprised of 7 sections, which include higher mental functions/cerebral hemisphere, cranial nerves, spinal cord, ataxia, peripheral neuropathy, neuromuscular junction disorders, and extrapyramidal syndrome, which is further divided into 20 chapters. The theoretical knowledge does not always transform into good performance in case presentation in examination/case conferences. This occurs because of the lack of the structured approach in analyzing the case history, examination findings, and presentation of the arguments for and against the diagnosis. This book aptly titled Ward Rounds in Clinical Neurology is a compilation of case discussions of both long and short cases on all areas of neurology in question–answer format just as a case is discussed in a clinical ward round.
